1. First, draw the circuit schematic and PCB (component package drawing) on the computer with circuit design software such as protel.
2. Put the thermal transfer paper into a common printer, adjust the appropriate printing ratio, and print a black and white PCB drawing.
3. Use sandpaper to polish off the oxide layer on the surface of the copper-clad laminate, so that the copper-clad laminate looks smooth and shiny.
4. Fix the thermal transfer paper printed with the PCB drawing in step 2 on the copper-clad board polished in step 3 and send it to the thermal transfer machine (you can also use a common heating iron to replace the thermal transfer machine) Printing, so that the toner containing the PCB picture is printed on the copper clad board by hot pressing, and the thermal transfer paper is gradually torn off.
5. Pour the corrosive solution into the plastic box, and then put the corrosive solution into the copper clad plate printed with the PCB pattern in step 4. After a period of time (depending on the concentration of the corrosive solution, the time varies), about half an hour In about an hour, drain the corrosive solution and remove the corroded copper-clad board.
Use sandpaper to lightly polish the carbon powder on the PCB drawing of the copper clad board, and you can get a copper board circuit trace exactly the same as the PCB pattern.
6. Put the copper clad board obtained in step 5 into the drilling machine and punch holes one by one according to the positions of all the holes in the PCB diagram. Finally, the components can be soldered correspondingly.
